The Soul Searchers are an eight piece, classic Sixties’ style Soul and R&B band complete with horns, dark suits, and energy to spare.
The Soul Searchers play nothing but the greatest hits of that magical era including those tunes by Wilson Pickett, Sam and Dave, Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, and virtually every other major Rhythm and Blues artist of the day.
What sets The Soul Searchers apart from other bands is the level of musicianship and professional experience. The Soul Searchers band members are some of Nashville’s top players, having played with such well known artists as Bonnie Raitt, Van Morrison, Taj Mahal, Wynonna, Dave Mason, Lyle Lovett, and Delbert McClinton. The Soul Searchers have also served as legendary guitarist Steve Cropper’s back up band on numerous live performances.
